Shipping & Returns

It's important to us that you're happy with whatever you purchase from Distant Local.  Because our map products are produced through a made to order process - each item is created especially for you.  We hope you'll take that into consideration when ordering, as with custom built product we are not set up to accept returns.  However, in the case that the product arrives incorrect or damaged, you will be refunded - no problem. 

To complete your return, please email info@distantlocal.com with your order number and reason for return within a week after receipt. We will take it from there.

Refunds will only be given once products are returned in full in their original packaging.
